Cei din categoria Mobilitate Erasmus vor lua leg\u0103tura cu Prorectoratul Rela\u0163ii Interna\u0163ionale pentru crearea unui cont.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle\" id=\"ub-content-toggle-bccb6ddc-c7a0-436a-b367-6d6276efb30b\">\n<div id=\"\" class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion\">\n                <div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title-wrap\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-0-bccb6ddc-c7a0-436a-b367-6d6276efb30b\" tabindex=\"0\">\n                    <p class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title ub-content-toggle-title-bccb6ddc-c7a0-436a-b367-6d6276efb30b\">TUIASI Identity<\/p><div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-toggle-wrap right\"><span class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-state-indicator wp-block-ub-chevron-down\"><\/span>\n                    <\/div><\/div><div role=\"region\" class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-content-wrap ub-hide\" id=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-0-bccb6ddc-c7a0-436a-b367-6d6276efb30b\">\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">All students and staff of the \"Gheorghe Asachi\" Technical University of Ia\u0219i benefit from access to the IT services of the University, through a <strong>TUIASI institutional user account<\/strong>. This institutional account is part of one of the domains:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li class=\" translation-block\"><strong>student.tuiasi.ro<\/strong> \u2013 for university students<\/li><li class=\" translation-block\"><strong>academic.tuiasi.ro<\/strong> \u2013 for teaching and research staff<\/li><li class=\" translation-block\"><strong>staff.tuiasi.ro<\/strong> \u2013 for auxiliary teaching and non-teaching staff<\/li><li class=\" translation-block\"><strong>guest.tuiasi.ro<\/strong> \u2013 for external collaborators<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The TUIASI institutional user account is active as long as the user is a student or employee of the \"Gheorghe Asachi\" Technical University of Iasi. The account becomes inactive after 6 months from the date of termination of the contractual relationship between the student or employee and the University, the recovery of personal data being a possibility during this grace period.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div id=\"\" class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion\">\n                <div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title-wrap\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-1-bccb6ddc-c7a0-436a-b367-6d6276efb30b\" tabindex=\"0\">\n                    <p class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title ub-content-toggle-title-bccb6ddc-c7a0-436a-b367-6d6276efb30b\">IT services @ TUIASI<\/p><div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-toggle-wrap right\"><span class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-state-indicator wp-block-ub-chevron-down\"><\/span>\n                    <\/div><\/div><div role=\"region\" class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-content-wrap ub-hide\" id=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-1-bccb6ddc-c7a0-436a-b367-6d6276efb30b\">\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Access to the following IT services is allowed, based on the <strong>institutional account<\/strong>, for all categories of users:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li class=\" translation-block\">the wireless network in the teaching campus of the University: <strong>eduroam<\/strong><\/li><li>the campus network<\/li><li class=\" translation-block\">school management platform <em><strong>[in progress]<\/strong><\/em><\/li><li>the single-sign-on authentication system<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">For external services, access is allowed based on the <strong>extended institutional account<\/strong>, which also includes the institutional domain: <strong><em>name@student.tuiasi.ro<\/em><\/strong> for students, <strong><em>name@academic.tuiasi.ro<\/em><\/strong> for teaching and research staff, <strong><em>name@staff.tuiasi.ro<\/em><\/strong> for auxiliary teaching and non-teaching staff and <strong>name@guest.tuiasi.ro<\/strong> for external collaborators:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>eduroam wireless infrastructure in the country and abroad<\/li><li>online platforms Google (Meet, Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Photos, Classroom) and Microsoft (Teams, Office 365)<\/li><li>online platforms for students and teaching and research staff (Amazon AWS Educate, GitHub Education, JetBrains, etc.)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div id=\"\" class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion\">\n                <div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title-wrap\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-2-bccb6ddc-c7a0-436a-b367-6d6276efb30b\" tabindex=\"0\">\n                    <p class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title ub-content-toggle-title-bccb6ddc-c7a0-436a-b367-6d6276efb30b\">Determination of TUIASI institutional user account<\/p><div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-toggle-wrap right\"><span class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-state-indicator wp-block-ub-chevron-down\"><\/span>\n                    <\/div><\/div><div role=\"region\" class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-content-wrap ub-hide\" id=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-2-bccb6ddc-c7a0-436a-b367-6d6276efb30b\">\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">For all user categories, the institutional account username is of the form <strong>firstname.lastname<\/strong>, includes all first names and all last names separated by hyphens, and does not contain diacritics. E.g:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>ion.pop<\/li><li>ion-adrian.pop<\/li><li>ion.pop-ionescu<\/li><li>ion-adrian.pop-ionescu<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">All user accounts are created in the TUIASI identity management system, using a set of automatically generated passwords, which must be changed upon first access. Each user can find out his initial password using a set of information, some of which are known only to him. <strong>For students and University staff<\/strong>, the initial password has the following format:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li class=\" translation-block\"><strong>the first three letters of the username<\/strong> (in lower case), for example: vas<\/li><li class=\" translation-block\"><strong>the last six digits of the Personal Identification Number (CNP)<\/strong>, for example: 123456<\/li><li class=\" translation-block\"><strong>the last three letters of the username<\/strong> (in lower case), for example: scu<\/li><li class=\" translation-block\">by joining them, without spaces, the password is obtained: <strong>vas123456scu<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">It is possible for two or more users to have exactly the same name. In this situation one of the users will have an extra digit at the end of the username, <strong>for example: ion.pop1, with different initial passwords: ion123456op1<\/strong>. The change of the initial password is requested automatically, the first time the institutional account is accessed through one of the following methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li class=\" translation-block\">accessing the <strong>TUIASI account login<\/strong> section, using the TUIASI institutional account and initial password<\/li><li class=\" translation-block\">accessing any of the online platforms above, using the extended institutional account (<strong><em>name@student.tuiasi.ro<\/em><\/strong>, <strong><em>name@academic.tuiasi.ro<\/em><\/strong>, <strong><em>name@staff.tuiasi.ro<\/em><\/strong>, <strong><em>name@guest.tuiasi.ro<\/em><\/strong>), from where the redirection is made automatically to the administration page, where only the institutional account and the initial password remain to be entered.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div id=\"\" class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion\">\n                <div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title-wrap\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-3-bccb6ddc-c7a0-436a-b367-6d6276efb30b\" tabindex=\"0\">\n                    <p class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title ub-content-toggle-title-bccb6ddc-c7a0-436a-b367-6d6276efb30b\">Password reset<\/p><div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-toggle-wrap right\"><span class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-state-indicator wp-block-ub-chevron-down\"><\/span>\n                    <\/div><\/div><div role=\"region\" class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-content-wrap ub-hide\" id=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-3-bccb6ddc-c7a0-436a-b367-6d6276efb30b\">\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\"><strong>Step 1:<\/strong> We open a browser and access the institutional account management (SSO) page.
